I initially booked Luke via check a trade after he came and gave me a valuation for some work. He was professional throughout and did a great job. He wasn't the cheapest quote but actually came and priced the job up and made me feel at ease with my plans. I provided the designer radiators and valves and he was happy to install them whilst also providing the standard convector radiators at cost. Initially he moved my radiator bench from the kitchen to my dining room / office, installed 3 tall designer radiators for me and several convector radiators. They did such a good job i booked them to do a large designer radiator and convector radiator in my living room. I won't have any hesitation in using them again as soon as I'm ready to change the last 4 radiators upstairs. I've added a few photos so you can see the work completed. Great work and nice and tidy too. ~ Sue G
Luke recently fixed my bathroom sink and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly identified the problem, explained everything in simple terms, and carried out the repair efficiently with no mess left behind. The sink is now working perfectly, and the whole experience was stress-free from start to finish. Luke was friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber and will definitely be using his services again in the future. ~ Colin
From first contact, visit to see job, estimate, start date & time, the communication was excellent. I added ideas after the job was started which was no problem. Whatever your job. small or large don’t hesitate to contact INTEGRITY PLUMBING. Called Luke out to investigate a leak from shower in a tenanted property that another company could not trace even after they put a hole in the ceiling below shower to investigate, Luke texted me after 20 minutes on site saying waste was ok it was the silicone sealing around shower tray ( which had been changed a few weeks before by the afore mention company), gave me a quote straight away to remove old seal and replace, job was done later that week, very pleased with whole process. ~ Kenneth W
Contacted Luke at Integrity Plumbing Ltd to quote for removal of existing kitchen sink and refitting of a ceramic sink and mixer tap. Received a quick response to my job, arrived quickly to assess the job and quoted a good price .Job was completed to an excellent standard with minimum fuss on the agreed date and time. I would have no hesitation in both , recommending Luke and his colleague and in using his company for future work . ~ john Y

He ordered the new parts and came following day to refit. Boiler all back up and running as usual. Very happy with service provided, will use going forward - On time - Efficient - Well priced ~ Tom D
